Construction Works in relation to repair and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Pub with significant fire damage: *Structural Repairs to the existing historic Timber frame including new steel interventions *Re-instatement of floors *Installation of a new Roof *Extensive historic fabric repairs (both externally and internally) *New Windows and Doors *Creation of a new build extension to the rear *Re-instate the Lounge bar *Provide a separate restaurant *Create a separate room at first floor level for flexible and community activities *Create client 'back of house' spaces for storage and office use. *Provide for a new pub kitchen including prep and storage areas. *Provision of Toilets (inclusive of accessible toilets) *Installation of an accessible lift to the first floor *Works to the rear garden, both hard and soft landscaping *Works to existing ancillary buildings and boundary walls *Re-instate the cellar making it 'fit for purpose' *Installation of all new building services (lighting, power, data, ventilation, extraction, security etc) *Acoustic improvements to the built fabric Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
