The scope of works will predominantly include surveys and Part 35 compliant reports for the Landlord to respond to any disrepair claims brought against it under a range of housing legislation. Timber and damp surveys will also be included for complex cases or where the company requires an 'independent' report to provide additional assurance to the customer or Housing Ombudsman. The term of this contract will not exceed 4 (four) years.
