## Notice

Prior to tendering, Suppliers should ensure that they have capacity to commence and deliver the Works in these timescales. The Works will be subject to a 12-month defects period following Practical Completion. The Supplier will be required to make good any materials of workmanship which are defective or not in accordance with the Contract.
