Shared Lives Carers offer care and support in their own home. Shared Lives services have the potential to help Norfolk County Council meet requirements placed on local authorities under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. Shared Lives offers a proven and cost effective way of augmenting the recruitment and retention of care staff elsewhere in the social care system
