Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to appoint experienced cultural photographers and videographers. Due to the varying requirements of this service, the Council have split this request for quotation into 4 lots. For Lots 1-3, we are looking to appoint a panel of suppliers. Lot 4 will be a concession opportunity at our annual Ice Rink.
