The closing date of the current opportunity to apply will be determined at a later date. The Open Framework is for day opportunities for adults with a learning disability. Providers must recognise the role they play in ensuring that people with learning disabilities experience the good health and well-being necessary to live a meaningful life. The Council is trying to move towards a model that helps people to live as independently as possible at all levels of need, so the focus is on progression.
