## Summary

ESPO has issued a tender titled "106_19 - Lubricating Oils, Greases & Antifreeze" as part of a national Framework Arrangement to facilitate the supply and delivery of lubrication products for public sector organisations across the UK. This procurement falls under the goods category and has an estimated total value of £20,000,000, which includes an option to extend the contract for an additional 24 months. The tender process is currently in the award stage, with a contract period set to commence on 1st February 2019 and concluding on 31st January 2021. Interested parties were required to submit their applications by 12:00 midday on 19th November 2018.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth, particularly for businesses operating within the lubrication and ancillary product sectors. Suppliers that are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary or community sector enterprises (VCSEs) are well-suited to participate. The successful suppliers will engage not only in delivering goods to eligible public bodies but also may establish separate agreements with ESPO Trading Ltd, targeting third sector clients who do not operate under the Public Contract Regulations. This creates a pathway for businesses to expand their market reach within both public and third sector engagements.
