## Notice

It is expected this project will result in improvements to approximately 275 to 368 private households over a 2 year period. The Council have appointed the roles of the Retrofit Advisor, Assessor, Coordinator and Evaluator, as defined by PAS2035:2019 or PAS 2035:2023 (which ever is relevant) for the duration of the project. The procurement was completed via Nottingham City Council's DPS 6358 agreement on behalf of Midlands Net Zero Hub
