## Notice

Medstead Parish Council, (in North East Hampshire), wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor through a competitive quotation exercise, to convert and extend the existing Sports Pavilion to include a parish office / community area along with an update of the existing sports changing facilities at the Sports Pavilion at Medstead Green, Roe Downs Road, Medstead, Hampshire GU34 5LG. The works will include:- Construction of foundations. Removal of all waste spoil; Building size approx. 65sq Metres. Re-position the existing drains. Construction of additional flat roof building to be timber framed. Planning approval in place. Medstead Parish Council expect the site to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for immediate use and for all relevant Health & Safety legislation and guidance to be followed.
