## Notice

As part of its shelter maintenance regime TfWM requires a framework of manufacturers or suppliers of clear PETG, who are able to deliver the material within 48 hours of placing an order, to meet our requirements for a contract period of 24 months. The manufacturers or suppliers will be required to provide pre-selected sizes of quality clear PETG. TfWMs infrastructure maintenance contractor will require a quick and reliable response such that supplies are delivered within 48 hours of placing an order. The invoice for the sheets supplied to the contractor will need to be sent direct to TfWM quoting the official purchase order number with a copy of the delivery note. The information to be included would be quantities, sizes and cost per size and a specification of the material used. Sizes There are a number of common panel sizes, which are listed for information along with stock levels used in the past 12 months ( financial year 22 to 23). Other sizes may be required during the course of the contract these prices will be agreed on demand with the successful manufacturers or suppliers. Please note if pricing is based on "bottom tolerance" size limits this must be stated in the tender submission. Material Specification We require prices for the supply of quality clear PETG. All materials must possess high impact characteristics with good light transmission and have a combination of excellent weathering resistance, UV stability and superior performance behaviour. The product must be to the Fire Resistant Rating BS476 Part 7: Class 1. The material must additionally carry a 5 year warranty against yellowing and loss of light transmission. A full specification of the materials offered must be included with your price. The manufacturers or suppliers must be able to demonstrate their quality control and environmental systems and have the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations Manufacturer's Warranty Full details of the manufacturer's warranty must also be provided with regard to breakage, degradation and loss of performance. Pricing Due to volatile markets and energy costs TfWM understand suppliers are finding it hard to hold prices for any prolonged period. The prices offered must be fixed for a minimum period of 6 months at any one time of the contract and include the cost of delivery to our nominated infrastructure maintenance contractor in Tipton, West Midlands. Scrap Value and Recycling Where possible TfWM wants to recycle old material. Please confirm if your company offers a recycling service. Please note that the polycarbonate sheets that require recycling will normally have been heavily graffitied or vandalised.
