This contract consists of: * Production of a feasibility study for the development of the Clinical Skills Centre (RIBA stages 1 & 2, with elements of RIBA 3 &4 for Developed and Technical Design) * Developing and delivering a Stakeholder engagement strategy to assess the accommodation requirements * Assess options for the build site based on the accommodation needs and produce an options analysis report * Using financial modelling, provide support to understand the cost of the build. * Develop marketing material to support the business case for securing funding going forward
