## Notice

This contract will cover the following items: * Updating SHINE portal to be open for business on 18th February 2019. * Enhancements to HEFER consultation workflow to implement changes arising from HEFER review option 5. * Technical support for the operation of the SHINE portal (18th February - end Sept 2019 tbc). * Minor enhancements to portal functionality, subject to budget availability and agreement by project team. * Technology refresh for SHINE portal. * Providing a data extract of consultation responses to enable RPA to issue purchase orders to ALGAO members at end of consultation window. * Providing a data extract of consultation responses to HE at end of consultation window.
