Bristol Water needs to reduce pcc to target levels for the end of AMP7 and for the longer term across the WRMP24 planning period, including a target of 110 lcd by 2050 (although this target may be brought forward to 2037) Bristol Water needs a single project manager (or as a minumum, as a single point of contact) to bring together existing strands of work - some of which are well developed and some of which are less mature - into a single coherent water efficiency programme with fully costed business cases for AMP7 activity and PR24 investment plans.
