## Notice

Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council) in partnership with Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) are beginning the process of recommissioning their home care (domiciliary care) arrangements, including hospital discharge routes and provision of extra care services. As part of this process, the Council is seeking the views and opinions of providers in the home care market, both existing providers and those who do not currently contract with the Council. Please note that this is not a tender process. The Council is currently undertaking preliminary research and this process does not constitute an offer of contract from either party. Please complete the attached form and return via email to ContractsUnit.AdminTeam@brighton-hove.gov.uk by Tuesday 30th November 2021
