Feedback received will assist to determine the HCCG procurement strategy including whether a competitive procurement process is appropriate. NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (HCCG) is currently commissioning a Community Physiotherapy Service for Harrow patients. The CCG is undertaking market testing to explore how the service specification and commissioning model could be improved and reshaped so that it is more patient focused and cost-effective. We would, in particular, like your views on the following: * Treatments * Approaches for patients that may require additional support * Self-management approaches * Commissioning model * Outcomes-based commissioning * Physiotherapy as part of an integrated MSK pathway. Expressions of interest are now invited by way of completion and return of the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire by 5 pm, Friday 21st April 2017. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform the Commissioner as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement.
