Monitor, report and assure readiness criteria. Track delivery against these criteria and own the go/no go assessment prior to each step. Identify, manage and assure allocation of funding and resourcing for readiness activity. Collaborate with colleagues in the programme management office and stakeholders to plan benefits realisation and integrate within the programme. Facilitate identification, analysis and monitoring of readiness risk. Direct the creation and format of periodic and ad-hoc readiness assurance, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, as required. Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
