This agreement is due to expire on the 31st March 2020 and to maintain service provision, the Council is now inviting suitably qualified HPE resellers and agents to submit the annual renewal quotation for period 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021. It is the Council's key requirement that the support and maintenance agreement is backed to HPE and that the Council can continue to raise incidents and service requests directly with HPE.
