## Summary

Health Education England is inviting tenders for the delivery of a national programme titled "Step into Work," aimed at facilitating employability for adults aged 19 and over receiving work-related benefits. The procurement process is currently at the tender stage, with quotations being accepted until 25th November 2021. This initiative, set to span three years from 10th January 2022 to 9th January 2025, falls under the "Education and training services" category and is located in England. The total contract value is estimated at £350,000, with a minimum bid requirement of £35,000. The procurement method is open, allowing for any qualified organization to apply.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for trusts, social care organisations, or collaborations with relevant experience in employability programmes, especially those targeting workforce challenges in health and social care. Businesses that can tailor their programmes to meet the needs of various communities and increase access for unemployed adults will be particularly well-suited to compete. Engaging in this project can help organisations expand their portfolio and make a positive impact on local employment rates across the health and social care sectors.

This employability programme has the ability to flex the content and delivery to enable organisations to target particular widening access and participation groups within your communities and work to solve a workforce challenge. Quotations are invited to deliver these employment programme spanning over 3 years from 2022 - 2025. Regular reports, (anonymised) data and a full evaluation will be required.
