## Notice

TfGM know the rates of using a mobile phone whilst driving and not wearing a seat belt are much more prevalent than has been shown in the available collision stats. So as part of TfGM's commitment to Vision Zero there is a need to monitor compliance levels to help support the targets in this area. Seat belt use and using a mobile phone whilst driving are under the TfGM will look to run the project for 5 weeks in approximately 4/5 locations. TfGM chose to direct award the contract for this trial, via the TfGM TPS framework, to the noted supplier.
