It is anticipated that each site will be run as an independent project but will maintain the same core team of designers and consultants to provide consistency. The three sites currently under consideration will be subject to scrutiny and review at selected gateways in line with the Councils governance process. It is anticipated that additional sites may be added to the programme as identified. The Council reserves the right to add these sites on to this contract. It should also be noted that all sites may not progress beyond appropriate gateways should they not receive support.
