## Notice

NWS intends to establish 2 frameworks: the ISWF (Site Works) and the IDEF (Design and Engineering). Both Frameworks will be tendered in line with the Open Procedure (inclusive of pass/fail supplier questionnaires) and there will be no preclusion to bidding on both frameworks independently.
