This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the social services and health sectors, particularly those specialising in domestic abuse support services, outreach programmes, or training for professionals. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to apply, as the service requires a collaborative approach with a focus on partnership working and user engagement. Companies that can deliver comprehensive support structures, including helplines and advocacy, will be particularly well-suited for this opportunity.
