This forecasting function and associated weather forecasts are expected to be emailed to TfL Control Centres within set and agreed timeframes and a website with a variety of forecasts should also be available. TfL requires that a variety of forecast requirements are considered across all TfL modes (London Underground, TfL Rail, DLR, the Elizabeth line, Trams, London Overground, Roads, Buses, Cycles, River, Pedestrians and Emirates - Cable Car) and the different related weather impacts. The reliable supply of accurate data is critical in enabling the continued operation of all services across the TfL network. The Supplier must demonstrate their understanding of specialist London forecasts and consider the geographical layout of the wider TfL network, i.e. Amersham/ Chesham are high risk areas outside the M25. To express an interest for this tender, interested bidders must contact the owner of the Notice to express their interest in the opportunity and complete Ariba registration, if required. Upon completion of registration and confirmation that the bidder has been invited to the Sourcing Event in Ariba, the interested bidder will have unrestricted and full access to the procurement documents, free of charge through their dashboard when they login to Ariba at https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw .
