## Notice

Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) employs 300 office based staff at a number of sites distributed within the Authority's boundaries. This procurement exercise will establish a Framework agreement with a number of appointed establishments which will provide a range of suitable facilities. In addition, this Framework agreement will be made available to the WECA (West of England Combined Authority) consisting of Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire) and as a result will also provide external venue hire within central Bristol. It should be noted that this procurement falls under the "Light Touch Regime" as detailed in Section 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
