This responsibility includes the disposal of Street Sweeping Arisings (Approved Waste) and Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an alternative treatment process that enables diversion of Approved Waste away from the residual waste stream for the ten (10) WCAs separately collected material. This procurement is an Open (one stage process).
