The contract duration shall be a maximum of 4 years, with an initial term of 2 years and two one year contract extensions at the discretion of Coventry University. There will be a review point and termination for convenience right of Coventry University at the end of each year. Coventry University intend to conduct stage gate reviews at the end of each semester and end of year1 (before commencing the next phase). The continuation of the Agreement into each subsequent phase at the end of year 1 is at the discretion of Coventry University in line with the terms.
