The service should serve to address key priorities contained within Sefton's Domestic & Sexual Abuse Strategy, Sefton's Health and Wellbeing Strategy and NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care System Strategy and the developing Sefton Place Plan. It will therefore be important for the successful bidder(s) to be fully aware of the commissioner requirements and the contextual environment these requirements are being made in and respond positively and flexibly to changes to the above during the course of the contract. The new contract duration will be 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2027, with the option to extend for 2 x 12 months. The Council is bound to follow the procedure in accordance with Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, also known as the 'Light Touch' Regime under the EU Procurement Directives.
