The Council is seeking the following specific services as part of the agreement: *Brief analysis of cluster development specialist literature suggesting proven methodologies which could be explored; *Segmentation of businesses to engage including groupings of businesses across other sectors which work exclusively or largely in the food sector (e.g. logistics/ wholesalers) - suggesting categorisation and identification approaches; *Design of a bespoke Food and Drink cluster for both large businesses and SMEs alike; *Identify key businesses within Norfolk and Suffolk that have the potential to be cluster anchors; *List prestigious businesses/ individuals that must be engaged as a draw to involve other relevant businesses; *List at least 5 key investors in food businesses in the region which should be engaged in the project; Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
