The firm's Global Centre is based in Salford with a building occupancy around 700 administrative, service support and legal employees. This is a 24/7 operation although a majority of staff are hybrid working, there is still a need to operate the building to support worldwide operations out of normal office hours. The firm is seeking a partner to work on a collaborative basis and will appoint after an initial 1 year period and this could be extended annually or as determined in the procurement process. It is critical that the service provider has a good cultural fit with the firm and has the professional and technical competence to deliver the services. We are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of Maintenance Services.
