Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for three years. It is anticipated that the contract will start August 2021. Options to extend are subject to satisfactory performance throughout the life of the contract and the Council's confirmation of funding availability (budget) for the Major Events. The successful supplier will provide high quality ice cream service at reasonable prices and be able to provide a courteous and efficient service emphasising customer satisfaction in a full-service environment. There will be a total of seven sites for the Bournemouth Air Festival along the seafront and East Overcliff Drive in which the contractor must fill all sites.
