There are a number of perspectives which can be taken on 14-18 NOW's work. 14-18 NOW invites each tender to propose the particular field or approach which the think tank considers to most likely to build a positive and useful legacy case. The report will be used by the think tank and by 14-18 NOW and its stakeholders, advocating the positive and replicable outcomes from 14-18 NOW's work to influence future decision-makers at all levels of government in the UK and abroad. The contract will begin on January 14 2019, and the report will be available for 14-18 NOW's final conference which will take place in London on April 3 2019. 14-18 NOW expects to be fully consulted at appropriate stages of the project, including on drafts of the report. The report should be between 24 and 30 pages, if necessary with supporting annexes. The brief includes the design of the report.
