The project involves development of an integrated drainage strategy taking into account fluvial, surface, sewer, groundwater sources alongside high level options testing to identify whether viable mitigation measures can be put in place to unlock planned growth. The robust and up-to-date catchment based evidence will be used to identify a package of management projects across the city linked to enabling delivery of Worcester City's Masterplan which in turn will aim to provide betterment to existing residents and businesses at flood risk. The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
