However, an assessment of the performance of each individual grantee (and sub-grantees) is not required. We expect in country evaluation activity in at least three countries. DFID also funds the mNutrition programme, led by GSMA, which is providing similar mobile phone based services in agriculture and health. Of the 6 NA ICT countries, GSMA has initiatives in Tanzania, Ghana and Malawi.
