Processing internal static PCNs, Clear Zone contravention PCNs, internal bus lane PCNs. 2. Issuing permits for parking and access schemes. 3. Undertaking blue badge assessments. 4. Administering environmental crime FPNs. 5. Administering DVLA removals and abandoned vehicles. 6. Pursuing contraventions by foreign vehicles. The new system will allow other Council IT systems to interface with it, allowing for a more integrated administrative process. It should also create a more customer friendly version of web representations, which will enable customers to view the system, either to pay, challenge or query. The contract value is estimated to be PS3,700,000 over the total length of the contract (including extensions) based on our current user profile and current hardware requirements for handhelds, mobile printers and bus lane enforcement cameras.
