These are 3 that require upgrades from their original installation in 1996 and are 'back of house' lifts. Works to be completed at the Royal Armouries, Leeds building, by 31 March 2023. Upgrade the lift's operating and control systems to include: *Hoisting unit overhaul and suspension ropes *Works to motor room, lift car, lift shaft and landings *Door operation and door furniture Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
