We also have a small portfolio of commercial properties and garages.As a developing housing association, we are helping to tackle the shortage of good quality affordable housing. Our existing properties are as diverse as the areas in which we operate. We want to be a good landlord and contribute to building strong communities in the area we work through our community investment strategy. We are procuring a framework agreement for mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair services for all of our buildings. The framework will be divided into Lots.
