DMU anticipates the programme will: *Explore the Heads of School/Department's leadership and management role in delivering academic excellence *Examine the wider systemic forces and understand those within their control, those leaders and the organisation can influence, and those outside the organisation's and leaders' influence *Develop personal skills and efficacy in managing performance and delivering academic excellence *Explore how to create a culture of ambition for exemplary research and teaching, and delivering academic excellence Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
