The Council are seeking to work with a Provider who will support and ensure the model moves from a purely reactive service to include a proactive service linking into the wider communities' agenda at a locality level, working with the Council as these services are developed. The council is open to options for the services to be delivered by one provider, or for a number of providers to deliver one or more components of the service, and would therefore be interested to hear from providers with their ideas and preferences.
