Brief description: We are looking for a Legal Services Manager/ Principal Commercial Solicitor to provide specialist and complex legal advice and project lead in Major Projects, in development with complex Property and Commercial contract litigation. Duties include: - To provide advice, guidance and work delegation to the Major Projects team - To promote and increase the traded revenue of Law and Governance - To act as the Assistant Directors deputy in the absence of the Assistant Director. - To assist in the management of the Legal and Governance Services including taking a leading role in Performance Management and Best Value.
