## Summary

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to install/upgrade the Door Entry/Access Control and/or the Communal Lighting Systems at the following schemes: 1) (127 - 157) Cranford Drive, Hayes, UB3 4LG. This is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats; 2) (1 - 16) Moston Close, Hayes UB3 4LP. Moston Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats; 3) (9 - 24) Hoskins Close, Hayes UB3 4LJ. Hoskins Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats; 4) (2 - 32) St Dunstans Close, Hayes, UB3 4LJ. Dunstans Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats; The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional audio/video door entry system and/or communal lighting system to the blocks, the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Council's Representative in charge of the blocks. All systems installed must be open protocol Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project but has instead invited all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
