This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is provided by the ODPCVC to interested parties who wish to tender for the opportunity to enter into an agreement with ODPCVC to provide a Nil Subsidy Catering Service to the ODPCVC as per this document and all attachments to it (the "Contract"). The contract will run for 2 years from 1st April 2018 - 31st March 2020 with an option to continue for a further 2 x 12 months extensions The bid will be evaluated in terms of the Most Economically Advantageous Submission.
