Lot 1 - The Domestic Abuse Support Service (DASS) is a requirement to enable Worcestershire County Council (WCC) to meet its statutory duty as set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (legislation.gov.uk) published in April this year. This includes the provision of specialist domestic abuse support to adults and children living in emergency and safe house accommodation in addition to outreach services. Lot 2 is for a West Mercia Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service for high-risk Victims/Survivors of domestic violence and abuse aged 16 years and over. Lot 3 - The Drive Project is a new response to domestic abuse that aims to reduce the number of child and adult victims of domestic abuse by disrupting and changing perpetrator behaviour.
