## Notice

BCT in this instance is representing Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC). BCT, formed of transportation officers from Dudley, Sandwell and Walsall Metropolitan Borough Councils and City of Wolverhampton Council, is a collaborative organisation which develops transportation projects across the Black Country region. As the lead authority, City of Wolverhampton Council runs procurement exercises on behalf of BCT, therefore, although this project is working on a scheme which is geographically situated within the Dudley Borough, the contract will be entered into with City of Wolverhampton Council.
