The requirement is to undertake research and deliver a dataset on HFSS advertising on broadcast television and online. The requirement is to procure for a single time-limited exercise, to run from August to December 2018. The research will form an input into a government consultation due by the end of 2018. As part of the consultation process, it is envisaged that findings will be published. This will include: a. Developing a baseline of children's exposure HFSS advertising in the UK. Including a detailed breakdown of 2017 data for broadcast television and online. b. Using this baseline data to model different HFSS restriction parameters to understand their impact on children's exposure, broadcasters and the advertising market.
