Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Limited is seeking Repair and Maintenance services of building installations through an ITT For a Framework Agreement. We currently have arrangements with several such contractors, who provide valued support to the in-house team. This was as a result of a tender exercise conducted in 2021 and resulted in contractual arrangements through an RBH framework with a number of contractors. The purpose of this tender exercise therefore is to partner with several appropriate additional contractors for work beyond this summer.
