Two (2) CSAS desktop software renewals for a twelve (12) month period: The Authority required a standard level of support and; One (1) day installation, configuration and on-site training for two (2) individuals within the Authority. Upon configuration by the installers, the remainder of the day is to be spent training two (2) individuals from the MOD in the software's use and functionality.
