The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months, there will be a break clause after each year. The successful representative will have the expertise and experience to identify the right priority market segments and ability to devise the best local strategy to achieve effective market growth.The successful representative will be principally engaged on the beef, lamb and pork sectors, but may be required to cover market development work in the dairy sector. Knowledge of the wider gastronomy, retail and foodservice sectors would be an advantage. AHDB require the representative to be based or have a commercial office in Hong Kong.
