ACE has committed funding up to March 2020 to the Music Education Hub Support Programme, ensuring Music Education Hubs have access to the best support available in order to maintain and expand on their work. This wider support programme includes various parts, one of which is the coaching element as outlined in this document. The project scope includes the design and implementation of a coaching support/training programme, as well as related evaluation and reporting. The project would require regular contact with relevant Music Education Hubs as directed by ACE. The coaching programme offer should include: 1. Design and planning of comprehensive programme offer 2. Delivery of monthly coaching sessions on a one to one basis on locations across England for selected participants over a 7-month period, with the aim to engage with a minimum of 12 participants, to be agreed with ACE 3. Delivery of minimum two one-day general coaching skills training sessions for max 20 participants/training, including elements of action learning 4.
