The contract is for three years with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for five years. The contractor will be required to operate an event to animate Bournemouth Town Centre over the busy summer period. It should be a fresh and unique offering with high quality design which will fit in a contemporary town centre. The offering should be themed with a strong focus on 'the event'.
