## Notice

The works are also to include the removal of the existing CHP unit adjacent to the generator including all associated modification and removal of electrical and mechanical systems associated with the CHP unit. Following the removal of the existing CHP unit, the base will be broken up and car parking spaces and footpath will be reinstated. The works will also require the removal and reinstatement of existing street lighting to facilitate the removal of the generator and CHP unit and the installation of the new generator. The works shall also include the installation of new lighting to the area where the CHP unit was installed.
